Grupo SF-Euch supports companies, investors and families in matters that call for trust: their assets, their businesses and, often, their relations with another country. This code sets out the principles by which all the Group’s people and companies work, and what our clients can expect from us.
1. Who it applies to
All Group companies, their directors, lawyers, employees and partners, and anyone acting on behalf of the Group. Lawyers are also bound by the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession and the Spanish Lawyers’ Code of Conduct, which prevail in case of doubt.
2. Our principles
Legality
We comply with the law in every country where we operate and do not accept engagements whose purpose is to evade it.
Trust and professional secrecy
What a client tells us is protected by professional secrecy and a strict duty of confidentiality, which continues after the engagement ends. This obligation extends to all Group staff and partners.
Independence and conflicts of interest
Before accepting a matter we check that there is no conflict of interest with other clients or between Group companies. If one arises, we disclose it and, where it cannot be resolved, we withdraw from the engagement.
Transparent fees
Before starting, we inform the client in writing of who will provide the service, its scope and how much it will cost, or how the cost will be calculated. We do not promise results.
Competence and diligence
We only accept matters we can handle with the right knowledge and resources. When a matter requires it, we bring in specialists or partners in other countries, informing the client in advance.
3. Business integrity
Anti-money laundering
We identify our clients and the source of funds in the transactions we take part in, in accordance with Law 10/2010. We do not take part in transactions whose purpose or structure we cannot understand.
Anti-corruption, gifts and hospitality
We do not offer, promise or accept payments, gifts or advantages to obtain favourable treatment from authorities, officials or companies. Only courtesy gestures of symbolic value that do not compromise anyone’s independence are acceptable.
Dealings with public authorities
When we accompany clients before public bodies we always do so through official channels, being transparent about whom we represent. Eurochina Bridge, S.L. is registered in the Catalan Register of Interest Groups (Registre de grups d’interès de Catalunya, no. 92) and follows its code of conduct.
International trade and sanctions
In foreign trade transactions we vet counterparties and comply with the applicable international sanctions and export controls. We warn our clients about offers that show signs of fraud, especially in commodities.
Fair competition
We compete on the quality of our work. We do not win clients through misleading practices or disparage other professionals.
4. People and environment
We treat clients, colleagues and partners with respect, without discrimination on grounds of origin, nationality, sex, religion, orientation or any other circumstance. We work with people from different cultures and see this as a strength. We reject any form of harassment.
5. Data, technology and artificial intelligence
We protect personal data in accordance with European and Spanish law. We use artificial intelligence tools to work faster, but always under human supervision: no document, report or advice leaves the Group without being reviewed by a professional, and we do not enter clients’ confidential information into tools that do not guarantee its protection.
6. Communication and social media
What the Group publishes is general information and is no substitute for advice on a specific case. We never disclose clients’ matters or names without their permission. Personal opinions expressed by the Group’s professionals in their individual capacity do not necessarily represent the Group’s position.
7. Whistleblowing channel
Anyone can report, confidentially and even anonymously, possible breaches of this code or of the law through the whistleblowing channel accessible from the websites. We guarantee there will be no retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. Questions about this code can be sent to info@rukometparticipacioneseinversiones.com.
8. Enforcement and review
The Group’s management oversees compliance with this code, which will be reviewed periodically. Breaches may lead to disciplinary measures or termination of the collaboration, without prejudice to any legal liability.
Approved by the General Meeting of Rukomet Participaciones e Inversiones, S.L., the Group’s parent company. Latest version: 30 March 2026.
