1. Grupo SF-Euch

Grupo SF-Euch (the “Group”) is a group of companies based in Barcelona that provides legal, business advisory, real estate and international trade services, with a particular focus on relations between Spain and China. Its main brands are SF Abogados and EurochinaBridge.

This legal notice applies to all the Group’s websites: sfabogados.com and eurochinabridge.com, including their versions in other languages and the domains that redirect to them (the “websites”). Please read it before browsing. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the websites.

2. Owner of the websites

The websites are owned by Rukomet Participaciones e Inversiones, S.L., the Group’s parent company, tax ID (NIF) B66801457, registered in the Barcelona Commercial Register, volume 45440, folio 103, sheet B-487840.

Address: Avinguda Diagonal, 437, principal, 08036 Barcelona. The Group has moved its offices there from Plaça de Francesc Macià, 7, 17th floor, 08029 Barcelona; the change of registered office of the companies is pending registration in the Commercial Register.

3. How the Group provides its services

The Group provides its services through its member companies, which share management, staff and offices. Each engagement is carried out, in its own name, by the Group company named in the engagement letter, quote or invoice, and that company is responsible for it towards the client. If a matter requires more than one Group company, you will be informed before work begins.

The list of Group companies and their usual areas of work at the end of this notice is for information only: it is neither exhaustive nor binding, does not limit the corporate purpose of any company, and does not prevent a service from being provided by another Group company or by several in coordination.

4. Practice of law

The Group’s lawyers are members of the Barcelona Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona, www.icab.cat) and are subject to the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession, the Spanish Lawyers’ Code of Conduct and the rules of the Bar. Appearances before courts and tribunals are handled by SFT Servicios Jurídicos, S.L.P., the Group’s professional services company.

Lawyer in charge: David Figueras Batet, member no. 31.135 of the Barcelona Bar (ICAB). The Group’s professional activity is covered by professional liability insurance with Seguros Catalana Occidente.

5. Content is for information only

The articles, guides, news and other content published by the Group are for information purposes only and refer to the law in force on the date of publication. They are not professional advice and are no substitute for the analysis of a specific case.

Browsing the websites, filling in a form or writing to us by email, WhatsApp, WeChat or any other channel does not create a professional relationship with the Group. That relationship only exists once a Group company expressly accepts the engagement. Until then, please do not send us confidential information about your matter.

The answers given by the websites’ virtual assistant, when available, are general guidance generated automatically: they are not legal advice and are not reviewed by a lawyer before being shown.

6. Use of the websites

Access is free of charge. Users undertake to use the websites and their content properly, in accordance with the law and good faith, and in particular not to use them for unlawful purposes, not to damage their systems or introduce malicious software, and to provide accurate information in forms.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, images, design, logos and trademarks on the websites belong to the Group companies or are used with their owners’ permission. You may quote extracts from our articles, citing the source and linking to the original page. Any other reproduction, distribution or transformation requires written permission.

8. Liability

The Group tries to keep the information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the websites will work without interruption. It is not liable for damage arising from use of the information without professional advice, from technical failures beyond its control or from harmful elements introduced by third parties, although it applies reasonable security measures.

9. Links

Links to third-party websites are provided for reference. The Group does not control their content and is not responsible for it. If you become aware of a link to unlawful content, please let us know.

10. Personal data, cookies and whistleblowing channel

The processing of your data is governed by the Group’s Privacy policy and the use of cookies by its Cookie policy. The Group also has a confidential channel for reporting possible irregularities, accessible from the websites and governed by its own policy.

11. Changes to this notice

The Group may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in the websites. The version in force is the one published at any given time. If any clause were declared void, the rest would remain valid.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the user’s place of residence will have jurisdiction.
