David Figueras Batet is a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association under number 31,135. Since 2009 he has led the SF group of companies, which includes SF Abogados and EurochinaBridge and operates in Spain and China.
He began his career at Uría Menéndez in corporate and tax law, and then practised independently in commercial transactions and corporate restructurings. He has been active in the Chinese market since 2013. Today he advises companies, investors and franchises on international transactions, disputes with foreign partners and tax.
